Tejas Smiles is a charitable organization founded by volunteer licensed professionals who passionately understand the critical need for lifetime dental care.
Services range from dental screenings to restorative dental care and are performed by dental professionals who are paid a reduced fee to provide services to people with dental needs.
Since 2008, through the support of individuals and organizations, we have provided services to adults and children at community-based centers in Comal and Guadalupe counties. We have recently received a ___________________ grant from McKenna Healthcare Foundation and a ________________________ grant from United Way of Comal County.
Individuals accepted for restorative dental care must have no dental insurance and must demonstrate financial need.
A co-pay will be suggested at the time of the dental service based on financial needs and the patient’s ability to pay.
The co-pay will help to provide service to other individuals in need.
